The General Manager was fantastic from start to finish. This is the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I love the car and I would recommend Alex Scott Cars Cramlington to everyone. They even organised the delivery of my car to Scotland.
I saw an advert for a car online and saw it was at this garage literally 5 minutes from where I live. Turned up without an appointment and was greeted by Kevin who showed us the car and allowed us to take a test drive immediately! Give us a really good quote for a part exchange with the car I had and I fell in love with the car I was viewing! I always feel a bit intimidated by garages but Kevin spoke to me in a way that allowed me to understand all the car talk and is even going to put my new private registration back on my new car! I’d never had a car so technically advanced so he showed me how the controls work and even said If i ever got stuck with it to bring it back and he would help me with anything. I felt so at ease with buying and I will definitely be back when my MOT and Service are due because I know I’m in safe hands 100%! Couldn’t recommend more and absolutely love my new car!!
Parents purchased a vehicle from here. Fresh MOT was done with no advisories. I found this strange as 3 wiper blades were split and had tk be replaced .Also a valet was done, yet car still stinks of tobacco, neither parent smokes. Obviously not expecting a brand new car, but one that has been correctly prepared would be great.nnUpdate: After speaking with Jonathan and an apology recieved, I am now fully satisfied with how things have progressed. Explanation was given and this cleared things up. Would also like to thank Jonathan for the reimbursement of costs entailed and the offer of a free Valet should it be required.
Poorest customer service and sales. I don't know how they have good reviews despite their horrible customer service. I contacted them multiple times regarding a car, and they told me it was not ready yet. They took my details and promised to contact me when it was ready, but they never did. Every time, I had to contact them about the car. Today, when I asked if the car was ready, they said it had been sold.
Very professional staff.nA reputation built on quality.nCar sales and mechanical work all a very high standard
