Such a great tack shop, stocking a decent selection of brands that aren't extortionately priced along with some of the higher grade items too. A very good mix of stock and the customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. 2x always be my go-to as long as they stay around and I live within a reasonable distance!
Brilliant horse riding accessories shop, owner is incredibly knowledgeable about everything horsey. Reasonably priced shop with well trained staff. Clearly not out to over charge customers. We bought my young daughter a new riding hat in November and by March she had marks on her head and she said it was tight, resigned to spending another large amount of money, we returned but were told alterations could be made - which they have successfully done. It would've been easy for them to sell us another hat. Really appreciative to all at Two Times Tack
Just back from an appointment for my children here. The best service, I can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic with the children. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel confident that they are safe in there new hats and protectors.
Without doubt THE best equine shop I have ever used and I do ALOT of shopping for my horse! Excellent value for money, top quality products at astoundingly affordable prices and incredibly helpful and efficient staff. Cannot fault this company and am recommending to all my horsey friends! Very experienced, helpful and friendly staffs especially the man... He helped me with the safety vest for my son and a riding helmet for my daughter... Lots of mixed selection and reasonable price. Would love to go there when I visit London again.

Friendly helpful and patient service for a complete newbie to horse riding. I got a bit lost on the way there as the entrance looks like it's for a stately home, but instructions on the website helped. I will definitely be going back.
Great little tack shop. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Good range of kids stuff and always get kids hats and body protectors from here, as they'll always check fit as they continue to grow
Bought a rug from these con artists in December, it still hasn't come nearly 6 months later. They assured me of a refund but that hasn't been received either. They're ignoring all correspondence from me. I'm £65 worse off and my daughter who's pony the rug was for didn't receive her Christmas present. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO POTENTIALLY LOSE YOUR MONEY.
