Staff refused to take my elderly mothers 50p off voucher which was quite humiliating not to mention frustrating given the length of time we had been waiting in the queue! Contacted head office to complain about this experience and they sent a acknowledgement promising to reply in 3 days at the latest, that was 12 days ago and NO REPLY!! Also if you're shopping for food bargains check the use by dates, B&M have a habit of selling OLD stock which is close to it's use by or best before dates.

Very bad service, a employee refused to take my dis-abled elderly mothers shopping to my car claiming " I Cant be arsed" the young man was the manager i think, he had a fleece on and had his sleeves rolled up and had brown hair, DO NOT SHOP HERE
