Great service and customer care we have been back now for the third time after having poorer experiences else where,Ash who helped us the last time gave good honest advice even telling us to go for cheaper option that better suited us thanks Julie Santos

All very efficient until they took my payment. Now the carpet layer is nearly 2 hours late and still not here. Every phone call results in me being given a different story and the runaround. We have already ripped up out our old carpets and waiting/wasting my time for the mythical carpet layer to come. NOT HAPPY.
