Carpet fitter claimed to not have the glue required to fit the carpet but clearly just couldn't be bothered to fit it. Didn't even reply to my complaint. Staff in the store are pleasent though.

Carpet showing signs of wear after 10 days use. I expected more from a carpet that cost £17.95 per metre. This cost us almost £700 for the room and the fibres are already looking tired in higher traffic areas where people sit at the dinner table and sofa. I can't see we will get a year from this particular carpet when I would normally hope for five. So in my opinion it has been a complete waste of money. I have one other point to raise with regard delivery. I had to chase the Aylesbury Warehouse as for when they would deliver. The main warehouse had confirmed our carpet was delivered to Aylesbury on the Wednesday and that they would be in touch but by the following Wednesday I had heard nothing, so had to call them and arrange a date. Customers hope for better service from a market leader such as Carpetright.

Not great experience, they give you 1 hour slot, then change it with out telling me, service level was dreadful in my experience.
