The 0800 number costs money to call on a mobile.  The person who answered the phone agreed a time to see me.  I made the mistake of telling him it was for a chipped screen rather than a full screen replacement.  He then forwarded the booking to a "mate" who called me approx 30 mins later (I was not asked if I was happy for my details to be passed to any third party).  The mate was meant to turn up yesterday...  I waited all day and noone turned up.  They did not even turn up today to do the repairs and did not phone to say that they were cancelling the appointment.
