Bought a van last year from this garage. I was sold the van with 6 month’s warranty. I was sold the van with a lots of problems. The very first day the van went to limp mode.  Took it back to the garage they said they after few days that they have fixed it. Bought it back then after a week gear box went. Had to pay over £200 for the recovery of the van back to TVM GARAGE. Got the van back after couple of weeks. After a week the van went back to limp mode called the garage was told to bring it back to the garage. This time I had to pay half the money for the repairs which was £250 that I had to pay. After that I just gave up on the garage. Since then I have spent around £1500-£2000 on the van already. Please buy a car or van from someone private or just the main dealers but not from this garage. Basically I was conned by this garage. Don’t buy any vehicle from this garage.

Bought a van from TVM today, great customer service, very friendly and nice easy sales process. They had a good knowledge of the van and its history, long extended warranty offered. Highly recommended

Recently decided I needed upgrade my van and decided for a transit custom, TVM helped me find exactly what I wanted for work and helped me work it around my budget to get the right vehicle for me! Worst experience with TVM. Found problems in Engine tray and clutch pedal within a day .I did contact them and they said they will check with their mechanic,I travelled 300miles to checked the vehicle at the end they said their is no any issue. Car seemed good and clean,paintwork looked spotless but start to spotted lots of scratches with in couple of week. Regret is a form of punishment itself, so think  thousand times before buying it from TVM.

I recently purchased a van through TVM and what a great experience I had. I dealt with a young lad top bloke and very professional  - I will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend.

The guys at TVM gave me a breakdown of the vehicle and were happy to answer any question I had. My Mini was exactly as listed and works a treat. Top service, would definitely use again.
