Picked up my new car from Tustain motors today. I had been looking at a few different places but I had seen that Lee had started here, because friends and myself have dealt with him previously, I knew I would get good service and trust he would be able to provide me with what I required.nFrom the initial looking at different models to signing for and taking delivery of the car, Lee and Tustain made the process as smooth as possible! They took care of all the admin, communication was excellent, updating me whenever I needed it and made everything hassle free!nExcellent customer service and satisfaction from the start, I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to!

I recently purchased a used car from Tustain Motors Ashington, and I couldn't be happier! The staff were all very helpful and honest, the showroom absolutely immaculate and well presented, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The salesperson, John Younger, was patient and understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. The communication throughout was absolutely second to none, from the first enquiry, to the follow ups, moving the car closer to me, the personalised video, even coming to pick me up to collect my new car. The list goes on. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, he explained everything thoroughly to me. Very happy all round and I will definitely be recommending this dealership to you all, to my friends and family, and be returning in the future.
Excellent service, we went looking for an all electric car, Tustain had several models and we settled on an ID5. The salesman John provided a very good service and we are very happy. We will definitely use Tustain in Ashington again for servicing as well as looking at future cars.
