I had a bad feeling when I went to collect my car and there was a customer complaining about a previous sale. My car didn’t last long from here. Never again. Like many other people on here... my warranty is “in the post.” The fact that the owner left himself a good review and forgot to change his name speaks volumes. They’ve also changed the name of the garage from Rotary to Eastfield but it’s the same people... very suspicious. I’ve found out that they don’t have their own mechanic so have to go elsewhere and pay full rate, which questions why you wouldn’t just buy a cheap car yourself and pay a garage to get it road worth and I was told that several garages refuse to be associated with these due to the poor level of cars they sell. If you’re still tempted, please don’t pay cash or debit card. That way you’ll have no chance to get it back when your car brakes.

Myself and Fiancé went to look at a Peugeot 107 back in March and it was a pleasure to do business at Rotary Car sales.  We were welcomed when we first went to look at the car and shown around to make sure it was what we were looking for. The car had a couple of dents on the bonnet but we were assured that the car would be put through an MOT and the dents sorted if we wished to put a deposit on the car. We put a deposit on and went back and everything had been done for us and dents all sorted. There was a couple of advisories on the MOT, one of which was the front two tires which I phone up and asked about and the lads were very pleasant and said this would be sorted for collecting the car. The car is a fantastic runner and we didn't feel fobbed off at any point. Will certainly buy from Rotary again and recommend to family and friends.

.These people are big on promises but,diabolical on delivery.I am approaching 80 and not in the best of heath.Rotary car sales promised to do work on the car ,and supply a 6 months warranty prior to purchase.Once they had received my money they did nothing but fob me off with false promises.This of course is creating worry and unnessary anxiety with my health. I have entered discussions with Barclaycard the issue. PS 31May 2018 It appears that communications have been the main cause of the problems.The sales person with which I was dealing had been in hospital for a few days.Since his return he has been able to solve my concerns.Many thanks

DON'T THINK I CAN WORD HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS!!!!! and has been to me what a joke! Got a car told paper work was in the post never got it couldn't even tax the car so was sat on the drive for 6 weeks because we found out it had no paper work or log book lies!! then the engine light come on said they fixed it 2 weeks later came back on so more lies and 8 WEEKS ago the car broke and i am still waiting been told it would be friday for the past 8 weeks so there is some more lies then they give me a back up car after 4 weeks of waiting then it brakes within a week no oil or water in it turning off the phone and getting no replay i have had enough playing games!! So think al opp out the finance and have my money back what a waste of time just been made to look like a fool so yeah worst experience!!  A had to give one star to post this but really a wouldn't give any

Very friendly and helpful service. Great recommendation on a vehicle to suit me. Very easy to do business with both buying and selling.

Very arrogant and bad mannered staff Very very racist comments made towards me for asking a question about the price starting using offensive and threatening language and racist rants giving leaving me no choice but to leave this feedback to MAKE PEOPLE AWARE of there disgusting behaviour towards me for simply being coloured do not buy from these cowboys read about these lot first google the masses of bad reviews
