Bought 2no. new cars from Richard Hardie Ashington. Gary was the sales guy who was excellent in all respects. Servicing when required was simple and painless. I then made the mistake of buying a new Jeep at RH Newcastle. Six months of purgatory. Eventually had it replaced and to be honest, it has given me 9 months trouble free motoring. Guess I will always ask in future, what day of the week was the car manufactured? Never a Monday car for me.

Had my Peugeot 3008 in for its routine service and mot. Unfortunately it had a fault, but Richard Hardie helped get us back on the road super quick. Thanks for getting us home, in one of their fleet cars, and a collection the next morning. All works completed in time for us to be somewhere very important. Very efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Always make you feel like a number one customer. Would def recommend. Thanks to the team to getting us motoring and giving our car a clean bill of health.

Staff do exactly what they say they will, and are very courteous at all times. The standard of Service is very high. I will buy a vehicle from them again. Well done Richard Hardie

Smooth transaction, very helpful staff.  We turned up without an appointment and the staff were all happy to accommodate us, drove a car away that day.  No hard sales pitch, they just let us decide what was best.

Fantastic service from your Ashington Dealership when buying Pam’s new Panda.
I’m ex motor trade and tend to be a bit cynical and wary when buying new cars...but I was amazed at professionalism from this garage.
The handover was brilliant with every aspect explained to my wife.
