A special thanks to Stephen in the service/aftersales department who went over and above to help me out out with a problem on my Berlingo van I was really stuck and he arranged at such short notice to fix my van despite the workshop being very busy he managed to somehow organise everything I can't thank him enough, I would also like to extend my thanks to his colleague Eve who was also brilliant throughout. This is the second time in a few months that they have offered this very high standard of service which is rare these days.I have dealt with several Dealers over the years but Allingtons are the very best really helpful and very pleasant to deal with I wouldn't go anywhere else
We have been using Allingtons for the last 3 years, since we moved to the North East, to service and MOT our car. We have found them competitively priced and easy to deal with. When we decided to change our vehicle they were our first thought. Whilst my car was having a check done I wandered over to the showroom and Scott made himself known to me. He gave me lots of info about the EV and Hybrid range. He was very knowledgable and gave me lots to think about. I discussed with my husband and we went back and did a test drive of the KIA EV3. We were very impressed with the car and Scott and didn't feel under any pressure to make a decision.. We did decide we would buy a new car which I've picked up today.
Wes went absolutely above and beyond to help me find the right car, he was absolutely lovely and very informative. He absolutely made my day by even trying to find a reg plate to match my name. I couldn't recommend him enough! Thank you wes :

Scott Middleton was a welcoming salesman not a pushy one, made us relaxed when viewing and test driving a car, initially there wasn't a car suitable for us at the time, then one became available which we went on to buy, would certainly recommend the kia car and the car showroom in Ashington
