I called up to enquire on a classic mini sport le. I was speaking to a member of their team called Nick, I found him quite rude. I wanted to know about the history, condition, MOT advisories and last services. I explained that I live 90 miles away and wanted to gain a picture of the cars health before I took the next step. The last MOTs state: corrosion to brake & fuel pipes, slight corrosion to vehicle structure and windscreen damage and a few more small points. Nick was reluctant to check for any invoices for services etc. I asked if there would be any play in the price to adjust these advisories, plus other niggles. He then asked me, "How much money have you got for a car?". I replied with a genuine fair price to sort these points out. Nick dismissed it completely. Apparently, I need to see the car first to judge it instead of doing any preliminary checks on the history? From my enquiry the car is overpriced. More importantly, buyer beware of customer service.

I have just purchased a lovely q5 from this garage and have no complaints what's so ever. Nick was very helpful and made making the big decision of buying a new car very easy and was very helpful. I have read previous review in regards to the q5 which I have just bought and I am so pleased with it couldn't ask for better service will definitely recommend this garage to others in the future and will be bringing my business back here again. X

True 5 star service, got the car I was looking for at a great price and a fair deal on my trade-in, I can highly recommend this garage, Thanks guys

Called this 'company' about an Audi Q5. Wanted to know what company I was dealing with before spending out tens of thousands on a car, damage limitation, knowing who you are buying from, being happy with doing business with a reputable company. This was met with arrogance and questioning as to why I need to know by Nick Fennel, who is a salesman but claims he is a partner. I was then told he would come back to me with a deal on the car in question I then received a call from Paul Stephenson, who rudely claims he does not want to sell me a car because asking who you are dealing with is not the way to negotiate!? After explaining myself for the second time, that I just want to know what the company is, who I am dealing with, who I am giving my money too etc, he then said Nick would come back to me with a price. Nick calls me an hour later with a deal that is not a deal, but just the listed price on the car, replacing tires that are illegal or near illegal. I asked for this to be emailed to me so I can have the quote in writing, which was then met with even more arrogance that they do not have to do so, come and buy the car or nothing. Who treats potential customers like that!? Rude, arrogant, not trust worthy, trading as a partnership, will not give out company information, something to hide? If they can treat you like this before you buy, imagine how they will treat you when you require after sales customer support and you claim on warranty etc. Read up the other reviews, I would trust they are reviews to take note of.

Run fast past this garage as getting near Tea Leaf's house. Their hands will be thieving through your wallets before you can say the word "PROBATE"...
