Loved this place! Delicious food, good music, amazing cocktails and friendly staff! So many menu options to choose from including really good veggie options, and lots of 2-1 cocktail choices.....lots of rum! Would highly recommend Turtle Bay Chelmsford and definitely will return! Vegetarian options: A delicious veggie option in all categories on the menu!
Taylor was absolutely phenomenal, she was on point and fast with her service. Always making sure we were ok and had everything we needed for a brilliant bottomless brunch! I’ve never seen someone make sure our empty drinks were replaced with full glasses so fasts before. She gave fab recommendations and without a doubt made our experience so enjoyable. Me and my partner booked the bottomless brunch and had a main. The food was sooo good and spicy we devoured all we could fit in THE DRINKS. Omg the drinks. The best cocktails I have ever had in my life - I am still squiffy We started off on a table outside with Temi serving us, who was so so patient with me when I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat& she was so lovely and welcoming, kept checking if we wanted drinks in the perfect time, just an absolute gem <3 We then moved inside as i got cold, and had Taylor serving us, she was also so lovely and welcoming and didn’t forget about us even when it got busier! The drinks were flowing and the food and service was amazing!!!! Highly highly recommend
We had Brooke as our waitress and she was super helpful, really quick with the service and always with a smile. She definitely helped make the experience much much better. The food was really good but the cocktails were amazing and Brooke kept up with the ordering every step of the way even when the place was heaving!Food: 5/5
Turtle bay - Carribbean inspired cuisine. Tom was awesome with his service. He made sure to explain the menu as I am a first timer in this restaurant. He made it easy for me to decide what to order. I ordered crispy chili squid, jerk lamb served with jerk gravy, roasted greens and creamy sweet potato mash, and trini curry prawn which is served with coconut rice and peas. I couldn't take any pictures as it was a takeaway and everything got mixed up. Overall a good experience and highly recommended.
Got there just before happy hour finished. Was quite busy and at time loud. I was with a party of 8. The food was nice. The curry goat a bit too salty for me but still ate it hahaha. The squid was the best I've tasted. Service was ok but needed more staff for a Saturday night. Our waiting staff seemed rushed off his feet but he did an excellent job.
Tamzin was amazing! Loved our time here for my mum's birthday and can't wait to come back again. Food was great, drinks absolutely beautiful and Service just wonderful!Food: 5/5

The food is served very slowly. 15 minutes for appetizers and 50 minutes for main meal. A little spicy. The appetizers tasted pretty good, and the main dishes tasted delicious. i like brown chickenFood: 5/5
