Hard to go wrong at a Nando's really. This one is two floors, so you need to be careful not to run into people on the stairs. Also, being in the centre of the city means it's a popular family spot, but this will also mean prams are all over. It can make for a bit of a traffic jam at lunch time. Still, very good service and the food is always up to par.

Good - central position, nice building. Avoid peak hours if you want a table or quick service.

Staff put my order down wrong, I understand there’s mistakes sometimes but the manager looked moody as hell and tried to put the blame on me at first. The manager’s customer service skills really need improving otherwise the food was brought out quickly and tasted great.

This nandos is one of my favorites, the staff is allways friendly and there is always a place to sit because there is two floors. One con though is that if you are sitting on thw bottom floor and needed the toilet, you would have to go up two flights of stairs to get up there.
