Booked in for a bike fit with Ben as we are new to the Somerset area. The process throughout was friendly, professional and I felt reassured Ben was an expert in every sense. The fit was great value and never rushed. I am looking forward to test out the changes that were made confident that if there are any niggles Ben will sort them out. The set up in the shop is very good and there is a great range of tried and tested accessories for sale.nI just wish I hadn’t waited 45 years for a bike fit!

This guy knows his stuff and is meticulous and methodical at getting everything right, if you need any bike maintenance this is definitely the best place to take it.nnCame here during my LEJoG attempt, he fixed my bike straight away. Really welcoming, helpful, nice and caring, he went out of his way to do everything he could for me, highlight of my trip so far. Thank you so much for your generosity.
Excellent service and knowledge. Ben is very very helpful and really knows what he is talking about. Good range of parts for sale. Very lucky to have him in our village. He's an excellent hill climber too!
Absolutely fantastic!! I just pulled up here with my beloved road bike in the boot and needing some help/advice. Ben delivered for me. Took my bike in, gave me help, looked my bike over and is doing some work on it for me. I trust Turner cycles with my bike and appreciate the honesty and integrity of the business.
