Unbelievably rude answering the phone saying: -yes…? Me-Hello, is this Tucker car hire? -We don’t have any cars and it is Sunday!! Proceeds to hung up on us Maybe cars are ok? I guess I will never know. Certainly not going to try ever again
Superb. Met me at the airport with the vehicle, sensible rates and easy transaction with a wireless card reader. No penalty for excessive mileage did over 1200 miles on 2 week hire. New car with only that many miles on it when I picked it up. Easy booking via website and communication on mobile phone. Took out a £36 policy that protected me from a £750 excess in the event of damage and drove with peace of mind. I left it at the airport when I had finished and there was no quibble. Great experience all round and I will be using again every time.
We wouldn't use them again. We booked a five door car; they met us at the station, with a three door which was neither appreciated by our 96 year old relative nor us. When we returned the car a small graze on an alloy wheel was instantly lighted upon. We are sure we didn't do it but they were quite determined and so we got stung for it anyhow.
Terrible customer service..refused to hire me a car over Christmas said.. wont hire mean a car as it's too busy a time ..and was rude and blunt on the phone.. horrible person
Can't thank Tucker Car Hire enough. Really helpful , great car and a very personable service.
