Rented a car from Megan for the first two weeks of August. Received outstanding professional and courteous service from her and the entire team staff, especially when faced with a blown tire and towing situation. Their responses and assistance ensured that our vacation was not ruined, and confirmed our positive impressions of the Cornish people. Thankful we chose Enterprise.
I had the worst experience with this company. They blamed me for damaging the car while in my photos you can see no damage at all. Apparently there was a little scrape on the front bumber. You can't see any scrapes or marks in my pictures but miraculously you can in one of their pictures. A long story short is that we had to pay an extra £250 on the top off £200. We had it for 12 + hours. Just to get to the airport. The biggest scam company. If you need any car rental company, please avoid this one
