Staff pleasant but was charged £132 odd pounds for 3.5hrs overrun on hire even though I phone and warned them in good time, this was blamed on Macclesfield branch, where the van came from! Also my son left his phone cradle on the van windscreen, never found they said when I phoned next day, overall good vehicle but disappointed with customer service.
After many years of paying extortionate amounts of money to South Western rail, we finally decided to take the plunge and hire a car. I tell you this now, I doubt we’ll be boarding a train again. We came across Enterprise online and were somewhat dubious of the price, we were so pleasantly surprised - it was so reasonable. Our point of contact Olly, went above and beyond to cater to us and find us a brilliant spacious car and also in my favourite colour! What a superstar. Thank you Enterprise & thank you Olly.
Cowboys. Booked and paid online. They rang me 2 hrs before I was driving to NWales - sorry no car. They advertise all cars then wing it on the day. Avoid!! Update. Month later after complaint referred to "senior management" - nothing. For this company, "senior management"="recycle bin".
Incredibly helpful and lovely branch. We dropped off the car on a Wednesday evening having picked up the vehicle from London Heathrow, with 15 minutes to closing. The final inspection was quick and painless, and they even offered us a ride back to our hotel which was in the neighbouring town Falmouth. Will definitely be using Enterprise for our next trip!
Finding a rental car to go from Cornwall to West Wales for 2 adults and 4 kids is never easy but just for a one way journey is even worse but these guys were really helpful and the vehicle was immaculate. Dropped it off the next day in an Enterprise Centre in Wales and they even came and personally dropped off my nephews wallet as he has dropped under the drivers seat and hadn't realised. Great service.
What can i say but amazing customer service. I got my hire car initially back in December after a car accident and today I finally returned it. Each time I have had to make contact to extend my hire the staff have been polite and helpful. All I can say is a big Thank you to all staff.
Very disappointed went to collect a prebooked van. had a new car club imposed on me claims it would be cheaper . informed that fuel was included but mileage charged at 20 or 21p per mile. van had a fuel card to use to get the fuel unfortunately it was declined leaving me no choice but to pay 94 pounds hopefully will get that back Down loaded there app but it's useless 18/2/20 car club emailed me informing me about the renewal was coming up and it was £60 mailed them back asking not to renew and cancel my membership that was on the 14th not had confirmation yet I tried to call but got left holding on till I gave up
We were on hoilday in cornwall from Hemel Hempstead when We had a slight issue with our rented car, from enterprise hemel, the oil was low, I wanted to check it out in case of damage to the car if we continued our journey. We visited this branch who were quick to top up the oil and put us back on the road all within 20 min. Can not fault the customer services all member of staff were very friendly and couldn't do more to help. Well done enterprise and thank you.
For the second time book a car everything fine, when I got to the company to pick up the car it got refuse, 1st time they said that nothing was book when I had the confirmation email, 2nd time just because I moved address recently they said that I didn't live in that address for enough time when I told I still owned the previous address the rude lady said that didn't accept and will not make nothing for us. Really poor and rude service in this branch.
Bad experience. My credit card did not work when we did the booking. We called ahead to see if we could change the credit card and driver. We were told no problem. When we arrived by taxi, we were told that there was an extra fee of 50 pounds/10 pounds a day. Besides the car was not yet ready .
