Recently rented a great car for a week from Enterprise in Penzance. Superb service on pick up by Nawal and again on returning the car by Matt. Polite,smiley and fun so thanks for making the experience really easy. Will have no problem using them again. 5 star service and quality of vehicle.

All good. Staff great. Met at railway station and returned. Even carried our cases.

Fast and efficient service - my vehicle wasn't ready at the booked time, I had to wait over an hour to collect it but the team member allowed me to return the vehicle at near empty of fuel - so was given 1/2 tank as compensation and I was more than happy with that.

Staff at collection and return were friendly and went out of their way.

Very helpful and friendly. Shame they can't offer the, much publicised, pick you up from home on a Saturday though.
