To put it simply, they go the extra mile. They are very knowledgeable, professional and helpful with whatever I have asked. As a result of this I came away with a bike that not only looked brilliant but was also fun to ride and was of a very high quality, I also learned allot as well. They even converted it to flat handle bars for me (no easy task), I cant thank them enough.

Awful customer service. Prices made up and no discount offered despite a discount card posted through the door.

Brilliant Customer Satisfaction and very knowledgeable staff. 

I took my Commencal El Camino 29'er in for a silver service after a hard summers riding and it came back feeling like a totally different bike.
