Myself and my partner Dorothy Tritschler were most impressed with both Victoria and Stephen from Truscott. They provided us with excellent advice, including changes we may wish to consider making, with a view to achieving the best possible price for our house. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Truscott, where the staff pride themselves in giving clients a first class personal service.

I cannot recommend Truscott property services highly enough. Having used bigger more well know estate agents in Edinburgh in the past and not being impressed the experience with Stephen was very different. Stephen took on the challenge of selling my property with a positive approach in a tricky market. The sale was not easy but he and the team were always available for reassurance, guidance and support. From our very first meeting I felt that he excellent knowledge of the market and a clear strategy. He took the time to listen and understand our situation and I felt his approach was tailored and personal. He went over and above expectations at all times. I felt he was always honest, thoughtful, professional and I never felt rushed during any discussion at different stages.  He was also the estate agent for purchase of our new property and it was clear without his expert communication throughout the chain this would not have been as smooth.  I cannot thank him and his lovely team enough. I would highly recommend him and Truscott property services to anyone considering selling their property and would only consider using him if selling in the future.

Stephen and his team did an excellent job throughout the process of selling my flat in a tricky market, leading to a quick sale at a price I was pleased with, and helping facilitate a remarkably quick turnaround to being in the my new flat. Victoria, Lori and Beverley were brilliant at keeping me up to date in throughout the process, following up on viewings and passing on feedback and notes of interest, and Stephen himself was knowledgeable, professional, personable and easy to chat to throughout. I'd been trying to move flat for quite a while, so I was very relieved to have everything fall in to place so smoothly - highly recommended!

We picked Stephen and his team to sell our flat in Edinburgh. From the very first meeting Stephen provided an exceptional level of service. We got excellent advice on maintenance which would help make our flat more attractive, and Stephen also recommend a brilliant staging company.  Throughout the entire process we were kept informed and were allowed access to an online portal to track all activity. We never once had to pick up the phone to find out where things were at which is a rarity.  Stephen and the wider team were a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We will 100% use again when required.

We chose Truscott Property to sell our house and were delighted with the service. The process of getting the house on the market was straightforward, the photos and marketing were great and the booking of the viewing appointments was handled smoothly and efficiently. We recently sold our house with Truscott Property and we could not be happier with how our sale went.  From our first meeting with Stephen we liked his approach right from the start, he was really knowledgeable about the current market and had a clear plan of the best approach to market our house.  Lori was quick to organise the home report and media, which looked amazing and kept us informed throughout.  Bev was fantastic when arranging viewings and gathering feedback, we were always kept fully up to date which was really helpful during what can be a stressful process.  In the end we received a good offer for our house in what is a tricky market and Stephen was always available for advice, which again is invaluable when selling a property. I was initially referred to Stephen by a sales agent at a new build development where we were looking to buy and as such I was initially cautious. Having had valuations from two of Edinburgh's more established estate agents I immediately warmed to Stephen's down to earth, personable and no nonsense approach.  He didn't try to sway me by offering the highest anticipated sale price but he talked through the market, his sales approach, pros / cons of various marketing sites and the best approach to take for budgeting for a new purchase.  I felt Stephen was a realist and would strive to do all he could to maximize the sale price - I haven't been disappointed.  Throughout the whole selling process Stephen has been fantastic. He's been proactive in his communication, always available and knew exactly what was happening with lawyers / the new build / surveyors. It was a relief not to have to go through a larger team who may not have been so close to the detail.  Stephen acted as a friendly face for our buyers when lawyers were being sluggish which helped to ensure missives were concluded in a timely manner. Throughout the whole process it's been a pleasure to work with Stephen; I really cannot recommend him highly enough.
