Awful disrespectful estate agents. We were in a bidding war with another buyer.  They didn’t communicate with us for 7 DAYS that the seller had accepted the other offer. No update. A Week later they call telling us their buyer had dropped out. The sole reason we weren’t interested is because of this company handling it. Sausages

Rettie Newcastle recently helped sell my flat and I was really happy with the service provided. Everyone there is really helpful and on the ball, ensuring the process went smoothly. Bought our new home recently through Rettie. Mary and Emma were excellent throughout. In particular, Mary made the experience of the purchasing process less stressful compared to some of the other estate agents. She really knows the property market and has great personal skills. Rettie/Mary carried out targeted canvassing in the area we were looking for , progressed the sale with solicitors and were always fast to  respond to all communication. Well done Mary and Rettie in general for remembering  how stressful house purchasing can be for buyer/seller, truly they are the benchmark on how estate agents should operate.

Rettie are amazing! We got several quotes from other estate agents and choose Rettie because of their faultless customer service and professionalism. All of the staff we dealt with were superb from Rob with our initial meetings and viewing and Mary and the team for helping us through a process that was new to us and always replying to emails and answering the phone for even the smallest of questions. On top of that they are also amazing at what they do- they sold our property for over asking price, before it even went online! If we ever sell a property again we will definitely use these guys - we can not thank them enough!

Great service from Retties. We sold the house we had lived in for decades. From the start Retties provided friendly, helpful and professional advice and helped us to sell our much loved home at a great price to a young family who we know will appreciate it.

Rettie Newcastle went above and beyond in our new home search. Having had a very stressful and bad experience over a 13 month period with 3 house purchases falling through at the very last minute, all with a different estate agent, the team at Rettie Newcastle quickly drew up a list of potential houses and arranged viewings for us before properties even hit the market. Nothing ever appeared to be to much trouble and I truly felt like they wanted to help us as much as possible in our search, they were as excited as we were and understood our hesitation from our past experience. When we decided to sell our house, we contacted a few estate agents, but were really impressed with the straightforward, friendly and professional approach from Rettie. They did a fantastic job of marketing our house including fab photos and both sold our home and found us a new one in record time. They are incredibly helpful, always available when you need them and steered us through to completion without a hitch. If we move again, we’ll definitely use Rettie and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others thinking of moving house.

I would thoroughly recommend Rettie Newcastle, Rob was very helpful and professional helping us to market our house and secure our new home. Mary and Emma were incredibly helpful throughout the selling and buying process - they were always on top of the details and super quick to answer the phone and to deal with any problems or hold ups, indeed often going above and beyond what would be expected to help out. I’m sure that the whole buying and selling process would have been a lot slower and more stressful without their support.
