This company is a disgrace and are only out to make money . I was wanting to buy a family home for me my partner and my 4 kids . I called the day I saw a property go on sale on my street I called the a agent and gave a verbal offer there and then I went to view and they said I can't make an official offer because of all the viewings booked in . I was corresponding with the agent daily to see what was happening and was getting told more viewings booked but no more interest . Then I saw a sold sign they had sold to someone because they were being in my opinion disgrimating they have let it go to a property developer to make the rich richer . They are an absolute disgrace treating people like that and telling lies some company my advice is do not use or if you are using do don't take there word for anything they LIE .

Your response just makes me laugh so patronising .... Why not explain to stupid me how a house sale works when I offered the money and you told me " you can not make offers until the viewings have been done because of all the interest " also why have I to come into you and meet I wouldn't trust a word that comes out any of your mouths
