Edinburgh Festival Rentals was established in 2006 and provides accommodation for industry professionals for the Edinburgh Festivals.

We offer Landlords a fully managed or booking only service, to suit their needs.

Outwith the festivals, we also look after year round short term accommodation. This can be from one week up to several months.

Very average- had better, had worse. Stayed in one of their flats for 3 months. Very average flat- spit through blinds in the bedrooms, not professionally cleaned, poor quality towels. Very average management service from a guest perspective- sympathetic but did sweet FA.

This is the second year I have used Edinburgh Festival Rentals for help with a property I rent out for the month of August. Louise, the Director, has been great to work with and her team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always handle my requests in a timely manner and very kind when speaking on the phone. Highly recommend this company if you have a property available for short term rentals, not just during the festival but all year round as well.

I rented a property from Rettie for a couple of months in the first half of 2017; the flat itself was really well appointed and kitted out.  There definitely wasn't anything else I absolutely _had_ to buy for day-to-day living.  The staff at Rettie were really friendly and helpful in all circumstances; there was an unfortunate ongoing issue with the boiler (not the fault of Rettie), but all correspondence on this was replied to very promptly, and they took all reasonable steps to try and resolve the problem.  Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Edinburgh for more than a couple of weeks :).
