Before it got took over I had a check up by Lubna. I was advised to get xrays done. Got them done and I was advised for another checkup by new management which they charged for yet they couldnt open my xray file from the xray people. They said they would contact me. Its been over a year. Still no reply. I spent £240 in total  to shine light on my teeth and count them. NO THANKS ROBBING SO AND SO's. Looking forward to this reply.

I had first been to True Dentistry when half of my tooth came out which was visible when i smiled, not a good look, especially when i tried to glue it back in with superglue. Do not try this unless you want your fingers stuck to your teeth.

I performed a quick google search for a local dentistry and was sat in the chair the same afternoon.

I received a warm welcome by Angela and was treated by Mayank who also is very polite and easy going.

Before any treatment was performed all cost were discussed and agreed.

The work Mayank had done on my tooth was pretty damn good, perfect shape and exactly the same shade as my other teeth.

Knowing his work is of a high standard i enquired about composite bonding, 2 weeks later I had treatment on my top 10 teeth! 

Perfect finish and couldn't be happier!

I had lost all faith in dentists until I found Lubna and the team last year. They have already transformed my mouth and my confidence when it comes to my teeth. The whole team are friendly, helpful and informative and the surgery is immaculately clean and well presented. The treatment is second to none and surprisingly good value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic team, very professional and friendly service. They provide very good advice and  help to meet any queries you may have about any treatment in a caring manner. I have been a patient here for years and recommend True Dentistry to any new patients. I have had different dentists in the past and none have been as good in their customer care and treatment. The practice itself is bright, airy and welcoming and staffed by a lovely team of professionals.

I went here just before my wedding and they really just squeezed me out for every penny, they removed my fixed retainers from my previous brace treatment to 'clean' my teeth then wanted to charge me to put them back in. They didn't give a clear figure for the treatment of brace and I had to pay for X-ray's that's right two not one, everytime I went I was charged an extortionate amount for something new. My teeth moved just before my wedding because of Lubna removing my fixed perfectly fine reatianer.

One other thing, Lubna had her way of saying things, for example when she took my fixed retainers out she said you need to put some back in before your treatment 'you don't want an ugly smile on your wedding' a few other similar comments were made too. Just totally unprofessional and just took my custom for advantage. After the madness from the wedding I was able to think clearly, I made sure I found a reputable dentist and orthodontist, and for cheaper than this place seeing a lovely guy from Harley Street, he is really good! Avoid this place unless you have money to waste.
