I have in the last few weeks  had 2 appointments  to the dental practice.  I was seen by dentist, Matt. He explained everything, was calming and reassuring as were the dental nurses. The receptionists were also pleasant. No complaints whatsoever. I had an appointment a year ago & the experience was not nearly as professional. Think it’s definitely improved.

Had a check up with Matt and it was the first check up I've had at this practice for years that actually lasted more than 5 minutes. He was friendly and thorough and explained everything that was needed. Hopefully this is the start of better things to come for this practice as its been shocking since it's changed hands. All the receptionist were nice and friendly too.

Just sat and waited over 30mins for an appointment. At no point was I told that they were running half an hour behind. The receptionist was lovely but it would be really useful to let people know how long they are going to be waiting. In the end I had to leave without seeing a dentist.

All the team at St George's dental practice where very polite, friendly and professional.  Nathan, who is our dentist was excellent in his work and his communication to us both. Thanks to all and hope you all have a great Xmas and New Year.

I am very pleased with the treatment I have had. I haven't been to St. George's practice before and I don't think I could have chosen better. Sanjay was very kind and caring and made me feel at ease. Thank you!

After arriving on the right day was a day early previous..memory like a sieve even though they texted me twice reminding me of the appointment I checked in and was soon greeted pleasantly and shown to the room where I was told I was having hygiene treatment AND a fillling ! Which was a shock to me more so my memory..see above.  The older I get I’m only 42 the more the dentist seems daunting.  I put my big boy pants on, lay down, and was talked through every step professionally and carefully by Lorraine on the tools and Alice on hand providing the other necessaries. Now it’s been a while since my last treatment, COVID, and a bit of swerving by myself, but they seemed to breeze through the process and I stood up with a seemingly brand new set of gnashers !  Top marks all round   Scott

I waited over 2yrs to get a check up appointment with St. Georges dentist I have been a NHS patient over 20 years,Yesterday I went to the dentist and had my checkup and I can say it was well worth the wait. I saw Natham Ayer and found him and his assistant friendly and very professional. I didnt need any treatment this time which was good news. He also gave me advice to consider for any future treatments, hope to see him in 6months. Barbara Catterall

Wonderful and considerate practice.  Every member of staff there puts you at ease and as a very nervous patient they made my recent dental treatment as lovely as it could be . I've been petrified of the dentist my entire life , but I no longer am afraid to attend ! So thank you  I believe my lovely dentist is called matt , but as my brain isn't what it used to be I could be mistaken so I apologise if ive gotten that wrong lol . I would highly recommend him to all nervous patients !

I was very satisfied with all the work involved in fitting my new crown . Nathan was so kind and professional I felt really relaxed and  it is a perfect fit and no problems whatsoever
