I had a fear of dental work from being child. I had avoided going to the dentist and was aware I needed quite abit of work. I booked an appointment with dentist kulsum issa who cared for me and my fear to help me overcome it with every appointment and after all my work was done I'm finally at the 6 month check stage. Thank you! 5 star care and treatment

Great dentist especially if you have Bupa dental insurance since all the paper work is taken care of. You just turn up, have your work done and leave. If there is anything out standing then they will give you a call and you can pay it over the phone.  If you can I would recommend the hygenist. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and they felt like new when I came out. She also gave me great tips on how to improve my dental hygiene.

Excellent dentistry but unclear pricing. Went for a check up which cost over £100 because the dentist decided to clean my teeth. I was not told this was an additional cost of over £50! A shock and not something I could afford at the time.

Great practice with the most friendly staff. After avoiding dentists for a few too many years, they have managed to put me completely at ease during my visits. Kate the hygienist has really transformed the health of my teeth and gums.

The staff are lovely and very reassuring. They are very accommodating with appointments

I have been coming to this dental practice for well over 20 years, and have always received excellent treatment and advise from both my dentist Miss Issa and my Hygienist Kate. Also the ladies who work within the reception area are always pleasant and welcoming.

Thank you to all the team for looking after me today. Robin and assistant sorry I didn't catch the name,  Gill for going beyond the call of duty and making sure my direct settlement is progressed work in progress but we will get there!, and Karen for making me feel welcome from the minute I walked through the door. I was provided with an honest and truthful assessment from Robin who had a positive attitude,  assistant was friendly and did a great job. Robin identified the issue of my pain via x-ray,  explained the nerves and how they work thoroughly, the treatment worked. A very thorough job all round.

Great practice. Friendly sympathetic and competent would defo recommend

I have been coming to Bupa for around 3/4 years after not being able to register at an NHS dentis and I must say the quality of care and service is impeccable. My dentist is Babar Chaudry and he has been amazing since my first appointment, I even had braces on for 12 months and I can honestly say I wouldnt even go to another dentist. Any problems they have you in straight away, the receptionist staff are always lovely and helpful, Karen Williams is also another member of staff who goes above and beyond, the fact that Bupa moved to the top end of Bolton and I'm still a patient shows they really are the best : thankyou all for everything and the level of care you provide.

When visiting the Bupa Dental care on Bolton Chorley old Road was greeted by a very friendly member of staff which went out of there way to ensure i got an appointment ASAP., seeming i never visited this practice before they were still able to book me an appointment within the next week. Was very pleased with this service and commend the staff on their customer service. Many thanks!
