Received excellent care throughout my treatment and could not be more happy with the results of my implants. I cannot thank you enough for the fantastic treatment I received. Very happy with my new smile.
Professional service but way overpriced compared to competitors, £60.00 just for a consultation and £150 for tooth extraction. Also insulted my intelligence when I asked for the pros and cons of two treatments...extraction and root canal. Not a great experience overall.
To cut a long story short, I visited here to get advice on replacing 2 teeth. I hadn't seriously considered implants to be honest, the idea of them bothered me until I met Dr. Atish Chummun. He exudes knowledge and understanding of not only high end dentistry, but of the many options available to a patient. If he says it's the best way forward, you can take that to the bank. So after a short meeting I was convinced to go for implants. Again, he made me feel confident in his skillset. Honestly, every visit and aspect of the care throughout was commendable. The staff are all lovely, happy people and no matter what part of a treatment you're in for, they'll make you feel happy and calm. Every part of the implant procedure went surprisingly quickly, pain-free and handled with 100% professionalism. The team worked around my schedule and I am extremely happy with the final result. I cant say enough about how easy the whole thing was. If you are considering replacing teeth but are weary of implants, I would suggest you go and have a consult. Atish certainly did the very best by me. I can smile confidently again.
I was absolutely terrified and broke down in tears in my first consultation I’m not embarrassed to say! Today I’ve had my first root canal and Dr Olivia Bates was so patient with me, constantly reassuring and checking I was ok and I felt no pain at all! After some really bad experiences Dr Olivia has totally reassured me and I have ever confidence in her. I will be back smiling again proudly with her help! And the Dental Nurse Sophie is amazing as well! I genuinely cannot recommend her enough for anyone especially nervous patients!
I recently received 2 dental implants with a bridged tooth in between. The level of care I received throughout the procedure was excellent. I am absolutely delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I've been with them for years and i have always received a 1st class service. During our pandemic i needed a tooth out..months of pain when our dentists were not allowed to deliver treatment. Today i attended and staff were amazing. An injection and my tooth was removed by the lovely Emily pain free. They really put me at ease and today i just cant tell you how happy i am. Highly recommended. Also if you are looking for a dental hygienist look no further than Shirley Kay at this practice. I've been going to Shirley for years and she is fantastic. Shirley is caring, considerate, very throughout and has made excellent improvements for me.
When I first approached Red Rose dental I was absolutely terrified due to really bad experiences in the past. Dr. Olivia Bates and her lovely dental nurses have completely turned that around. Every treatment has been explained to me in detail, from procedure to cost and no question I asked was too silly. It has been pain free and as comfortable as possible throughout and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now instead of feeling insecure about my teeth. Every step from reception to x-rays to treatment I’ve felt welcome and comfortable. I couldn’t thank the practice and Dr Olivia enough!
Great dentist - I recently lost my retainer & the reception staff couldn't be more helpful, Julie in particular was fantastic at organising a replacement which came 2 days later. Everything was handled so quickly, stress free & contacted as soon as the replacement arrived. I'd reccomended this dentist to anyone!
When to the dentist to have a tooth extraction decaying Dr Ishaque by far best dentist I've had. Cares for your needs, ask if your ok even if you didn't raise your hand. First tooth extraction was really nervous but didn't wait long to be in and out.
Absolutely fabulous, Went in today with excruciating pain been on the night shift and couldn't sleep when I got in this morning, my usual dentist had no emergency slots available but was offered another dentist who works along side Mr Dawson, Emily was amazing I'm so nervous but she put me totally at my ease and I actually drifted in and out of sleep while having a root canal treatment done. Would definitely recommend to any of my family and friends as all staff were brilliant James Wilding
