I recently have two teeth out. I think the dentist i have is friendly and polite. I saw joe. He was very patient as i have bad nerves.

Dentist and nurse were rude, never even spoke to me or apologize for running 25 minutes late, just spoke to each other. Felt like it was an inconvenience for them to have to deal with a patient! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient though.

Dentists themselves are fine but the practise is very unorganised. On hold on the phone for at least 10/15 mins every time I rang and even then the information is muddled up and useless. Will be looking for another dentist after this visit
