Left me stranded after I waited for over an hour for them to collect me from a wedding reception. When I called to check up, I was told they couldn't make it after all, without so much as an apology. By this time it was after 2am, so I was forced to walk nearly 3 miles to my hotel (on country roads with no pavements in total darkness).

Booked a taxi for to get to train station in the morning. Taxi didn't arrive at all. Missed train. Company blame a "system issue". Not a great response when I had to spend an extra £60 on a new train ticket. DO NOT USE IF RELIABILITY IS IMPORTANT! Uber here I come!

Uni to station no problem, uni to somewhere nearby and they refuse us on the rank.or twice somebody asked for £10 for a £4 journey... ridiculous as you have trinity taxi stickers all over the cab.. train your drivers to work ethically please
