Ripping off people, NO price list available, web page with service list is IN LATIN LANGUAGE!
Customer care service blames customers and hangs up whenever they decide. NO INFORMATION ABOUT EXTRA FEES IS AVAILABLE ANYWHERE!

At the end of the day was not bad but the wait time was ridiculous 40 minutes until a taxi turned up when told 10 minutes

Lewis taxis drivers think they are funny trying to over charge my boyfriend and the driver was trying to charge my boyfriend £15 from my house in foleshill to his house bye longford chippy and its only £11 but the driver said we don't go bye the metre and we can charge any price we want and he wouldn't let my boyfriend out of the taxis until he threatened to call the police on the driverView less
