I would like to say a big thank you to Penny who is a staff member at Coventry Station. She was friendly, helpful and professional. She did her best (if not went above and beyond) to meet my needs and made sure I had a great customer experience. She helped me save money. I think she is definitely an asset ot the train station.

Small station as well, but 4 platforms obviously in top 10%. Nice first class lounge, better than nothing. First class tickets is cheap enough for me to London every week, enjoy Harrods reasonable price.

Impossible by design to speak to anyone directly on the phone at Coventry Station and the door to the customer services is always locked and if you knock on the door the staff hide round the corner or pretend to be working and cannot hear you. In short a total callous indifference to any pretense of customer support.

Friendly staff, two cafés on the platform. Not enough sheltered waiting area. I think it used to be possible to buy good coffee near the entrance, now there isn't. Rather inconvenient. The station can certainly improve with serious makeover. It hasn't changed in over ten years.

Really helpful and friendly staff! Even if need assistance to get on the train and only minutes to go they will always get you on. Efficient and fuss free. My favourite station to travrel from due the start!
