Do not use! Taxi driver turned up in an airport van when they asked me over the phone how many people and I said one yet they still sent huge airport van thing! Guy couldn't speak a word of English and didn't even understand the post code I was giving him to put in the sat nav so that was hard work then he asked me for directions and completely ignored my directions and went the opposite way adding 10 mins onto the journey! Then he tried to charge me £22 for a trip from binley to Westwood business park, when I queried it and said I was expecting more like £15 he then showed me his companies estimate bill of £19 so I ended up paying £19 but still think that is an absolute rip off! He even tried to rip me off even more! Scum bag company do not use!

Had no choice as in taxi rank. Driver went long way round as shortest route had speed bumps and he did not want to break his cab!!! Disgraceful. Listed number is Temporarily out of service. So unable to complain.

Appalling service from these guys! I hope, for everyone's sake, this was a one-off. Booked a taxi for 7.00am to get to the station for a 0727 train but it wasn't there by 0710 so I called. They promised it would be there within 2-3 minutes but I was still waiting at 0715 so my wife had to get out of bed, get dressed and take me. Otherwise would have missed an important meeting. Not good, Coventry City Taxis.

Top class, got the taxi to work, then sent me a text with an ETA, driver name and picture and a live map of the taxis whereabouts. It's arrived precisely when it said it would, the taxi driver was a very polite (Rambhai) and I got where I need to be on time! Great service
