Awful -turned meter on as soon as reached the place when I was not in the car. When questioned driver locked the car and demanded for money and kept me in the car and kept disputing - no manners and kept threatening. I reported this to police and the council Won’t use again!

Booked a cab on Sunday 10th Dec the snowiest day of the year!! The company were so professional explaining that they couldn't guarantee sending a cab out my way but nevertheless they came through where all other firms let me down and not only that the taxi driver was so kind and understanding - I missed his call the first time he came to pick me up, but he was not at all annoyed and came back later instead.. could have charged what he wanted but just charged according the meter. thanks Bukur (call sign 405)

Very bad service, on the 23/ 1/ 18, the Manager who was unsweted the phone told me that the vehicle coming for 5 min, he came in 30 min. Also he was so rude to me. Told me that I shouldn't call again, also I need to call someone else for service. He didn't want to say the his name and he was so rude to me. I will never ever call this taxi because of him.
