Was overcharged on a pickup and we complained,  they promised no our next trip we would have a free of charge trip, we called this in and they have forgotten  and closed ranks. Never ever will I use them again. Shocking company

Waited over 30 minutes outside a veterinary office with my cat in a kennel only to have them not show up. The ride was even prebooked to reduce hassle. Had to call an Uber which isn’t zoned to carry pets.

5-stars!!  My driver went above and beyond in the awful weather today to make sure I arrived safely and on time. I will definitely go to Call Line taxis first in future.

Professional, friendly and flexible taxi company used several times.  Don't usually write reviews but this family run business is worth promoting.  We will always use this company for both short and long journeys especially airport runs.  They went 'the extra mile' for my mum and dad. Best taxi service ever used.

Absolutely disgusting!! I was totally over charged and no meter in the car which by law all private hires have to have one,and by law no meter means no payment I tried telling the driver this but he didn't look very happy and it was late at night and I felt very vulnerable..I called the cab company only to be told that because it was a village they could charge a little more which in itself is a rip off..didn't want to give any stars but have to to submit this post

I had booked a call line taxi to pick me up from Gatewick airport unfortunately my flight was delayed but the driver was so upstanding. Fantastic service and I will be using this company for all future booking

Awful, aggressive drivers.  Tailgating, flashing lights and beeping horn behind me trying to be intimidating as I held them up for a short while as I couldn’t overtake a cyclist on a busy road.
