Nice chilled vibe to this place. Good selection of beers and nice indoor and outdoor seating.
Home cooked food to a very high standard. Quality cuts of meat made into beautiful pies. Old time deserts made with custard! A rare treat these days unfortunately. Polite courteous staff with a large outdoor seated area.
Very nice pub with a wide choice of ales some produced on site in there own micro brewery - had a beef Sunday lunch which was excellent! Highly recommended!

Good food and a great selection of beers topped by fab service. I'm not normally a fan of pub Sunday roasts as they normally taste a bit 'processed' but this was just like one I'd cook at home-but with better gravy.
Superb selection of navigation beers , excellent food , generous portions and good value for money. A very popular and busy pub , clean with good and helpful staff. Close to the river and Trent Bridge , but can be a bit overwhelming on match days.
Really nice pub and food is lovely, we had the steak ale pie was full of meat and really tasty.
Steak cooked to perfection! Always a welcoming atmosphere, great selection of ales on tap!
Great pub. Especially on football match days. Great bar staff always served quickly hen busy.
