Very satisfying stay with friendly owners and delicious breakfast, would recommend! :)

Guest house owner (Howell) was very friendly and talkative and ran the place smoothly, quiet single room was cosy with light tea making facilities, tv and wifi, and a lot of effort goes into preparing the range of optional breakfasts, which was very tasty and a pleasure in his company - and a wonderful start to each day!
Would definitely return in future and recommend to all ages :)

Dirty smelly run down would not let my dog sleep in it the smell is that bad had to walk back out even homeless won't sleep there not happy at all better places just round for cheaper DONT GO THERE TRUST!!!!!!!

Excellent greeting, made very welcome, room very clean and very important bed very comfortable, breakfast tasty and a great choice. cost! very good value.
