Very friendly and helpful.  Comfortable and warm room on a snowy night.  Made arrangements for a ground floor room as my husband cannot use stairs.

Great for contractors working in the area food and shops close by, free parking and rooms with external entrance for smokers or nightshift workers. Polite staff with regular room cleaning. Good pressure to the showers and very reasonable room rates. Happy all round.

Filthy room and wires every where quilt covers needed ironed but worst thing is shower was so disgusting with filth breakfast was across a road which was busy and all we got was cerial no hot breakfast and manager never had the nerve to come see us when we left 
Never again will we stay there and would not recommend it to friends
