Great location within walking distance of town and rail station. Liz is a kind and considerate host. Tea, coffee, biscuits, TV, etc on your room. Shower was roomy. Room was perfect size with two comfy chairs to relax in. Recommended.

What a wonderful find this guest house was. The room was spacious & was supplied with everything we could want. The breakfasts were very very good & everything was spotless. What a wonderful lady Liz is, she could not do enough for us.

Went for anniversary weekend. Great friendly owners willing to offer local info. Lovely brekkie. Ground floor room with private area. Very quaint and cozy. Definitely love to visit again.

The biggest room we got in the Codswolds for that price. Very nice!

Lovely house, cozy room, delicious breackfast and most of all nice hostess lizy! I will gonna recommend this guest house anybody who need cozy holiday and I also want to visit once more someday.
