Great place to grab a quiet drink, even if your with your children they have a good play area for the children around the back of the pub, the staff are welcoming and eager help and the prices are fair!!!! I definitely see myself going back here again!!!

I totally agree with this comment: "Lovely location but huge pub dog begging at table was annoying and staff seemed disinterested in removing dog". I was there with two little kids and I had to build a fort with chairs to avoid the dog (1 meter tall) eating our meals. Very disappointing as we told the staff and they did not care at all. I would not go to eat there although I must say that if you like dogs, the atmosphere is good to watch sports and have a drink (£4 a pint...).

Went on a Saturday for a meal with friends and family. Food was great and the atmosphere was great - even more so when the band started!
