Went in to order some bricks most of the bricks were out of stock. The guy had to running back and forward to the warehouse to check the stock. Good variety of different buildings items on sale. Also have a tool hire service forgot about that sorry.
We came today to purchase some paving slabs. Ben happened to be there and immediately gave us a hand. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind, a real asset to the team. A customer can only dream to be served by someone like Ben. Thank you Ben for all your help. I am sure your superiors realise that you are one of a kind in sales business!

These guys are the best , First Large Scale Project we have used Courtney and his team and its the best decision we have ever made, these guys are next level , From the Sales & Hire staff Tony & Shannon and others To the extremely skilled and friendly drivers Rick & Baz we have never had such a great experience with any other Building Merchant . We don't normally do reviews but we had to leave this for the Mitcham Branch of Travis - Impeccable Service, they have gone above & beyond to keep our site moving and hitting tight deadlines, keep up the good work. Tony is the greatest tool hire man in the business, never let us down, always on the ball. Helps out with everything not only tool hire. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Should be branch supervisor for sure, very good with sorting everything out.
Yard staff verging on rude. Need some lessons on customer service and decorum. I was completely ignored even being the only person in their yard. After searching for someone over 15 mins was told he couldn't help and had to wait for a further 15 for them to find their colleague. There is 3 guys in the yard on forklifts so it's totally unacceptable that it took nearly 40mins to get one create put on my truck
I'm Matt Plants and Gardens. Recently had dealings with Tony and the peeps plant hire, digger and whackers etc. After an initial mix-up over online ordering rates and prices they made good on subsequent hire and were very helpful sourcing plant from another branch at short notice.
Well informed staff good customer service good location and parking facility. I have just started using this company and they are very helpful. They give good unbiased advice regarding building materials and if they do not have something in stock they will search online and order it in from the supplier or advise if it is available in another branch. The pricing is reasonable both on products and also on their tool hire service, but I am wondering if I will get bigger discounts once I have been a more regular customer... On a cold day after having been to the site and in freezing weather there is the facility of a complementary hot drink inside. Keep up the good work team Travis Perkins!
