I got served this guy called Jay, I explained to him what I was trying accomplish and the information and products i received from screw fix was completely wrong, I showed Jay the same pictures i showed the person in screwfix who served me now jay Identified whats the problem was straight away got me the parts, and went to draw diagram of the best way of fitting the kitchen pipe work so i could get dishwasher and washing machine connect and ran around my kitchen. Please bare in mind I am not plumber in any shape. His advices and his diagram worked like treat. So thank you Jay if you see this nice one, City Plumbing you have a real asset there. cheers
I went today to this branch and guy called Chris on counter was towards me very very rood , he didn’t even care about selling to me the product I was after, and I knew for sure this branch had it, because another branch told me so Not happy to comeback again on this branch, Avoid this branch if you can
Poor service. Was after a bathtub, the sales assistant was not helpful at all. Went to another branch and they said they had none in stock but were able to order it in. Management need to look into this; Croydon stores training and attitude. Try visit another branch if possible to avoid being disappointed.
Terrible customer service from sales person "Larry" who was present at work on the 13.06.2022. This person is absolutely not trained to serve people, lacking common sense and basic manners. Very arrogant, smiling to mock the customers.
City Plumbing, Mitcham Road. Rich Norris - Excellent customer service, very helpful. a real breath of fresh air ! From the time I met Rich Norris and ordered, through to delivery, I felt really valued as customers. Nothing was too much trouble, all my questions were answered in an efficient manner with a refreshing friendly approach. Good service, quick and efficient delivery, just what I needed, thanks Rich you were amazing.
I have ordered a product with the help of the manager, however when it arrived a week later I have opened in the shop and only half of product had arrived. I have asked the manager why has only half of the product arrived. The managers response was that that’s how it is with an ironic voice. I have told him that I have showed exactly what I need and he said it’s available. By understanding that it was his mistake he took an advantage of my lack of English and started ignoring me and left for other customers and informed that I will not be able to return it. I have tried to approach him several times but he refused to talk to me and replied “ if you are not happy you can leave”. I felt very humiliated as everyone was looking at me. Afterwards a girl employee has come to calm me down as I was frustrated and shocked by the managers attitude and aggressiveness, but every time the girl came for help the manager kept coming back and telling her to leave me alone as there are more important things to do. I have been a regular customer in many local building material shops for manu years and I have never seen anything more disrespectful and humiliating like that. Furthermore I’m willing to send a formal complaint to HR department.

City Plumbing, Mitcham Road. I approach city plumbing in search of a vanity unit, and ended up shopping all 3 bathrooms here, just because of one reason - Rich! the guy who not only patiently listen to our requirement but help suggesting the right model and brand, on the top of every thing provided continuous support in resolving post sale issues. Hats off to Rich and wish him the best !!
Great merchants, just dont rely on their online stock counts, ordered an item which was showing in stock at a location, but it wasn't. The store in question was kind enough to call me and let me know, great customer service let down by a poor stock tracking and online info
Really helpful. Almost bought the wrong stuff but was advised properly by the person on the phone. Specific collection request they had no problem with fulfilling too. Great stuff.
