Spent three night in the executive room, the room service was good with daily room by cleaning and change of towels. The gym and pool was clean and well taken care of. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast as there were varieties of options with very helpful staff. However, I particularly dislike the fact that the rooms were quite small as not very child friendly
We used this hotel for a 1 night stay before embarking on a cruise from ocean terminal. Bit pricy for a fairly basic hotel, but it was convenient. Rooms clean, staff in bar/restaurant not particularly amiable but food good & reasonably priced.
My first week here was definitely better than my second. Small pool, no air con in rooms and shower screen in second room leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Raised this with the maintenance team but was told not to shower “aggressively.” Good location. Close to McDonald’s, TGI Fridays, retail park and Southampton Central train station. Would recommend staying in a room facing the car park if you don’t like noise as on the other side of the hotel there’s a main road and a police station.
Great location near the train station. Close to the cruise harbor and ferries. Quiet, although the toilet flush was loud. Good breakfast and helpful staff! Overall an excellent experience.
Good location used a few times. Great staff. Care the venue can be used for parties, we experienced a loud party, and breakfast was used by an international coach, who used up resources very early on.
