I was greeted by an amazing employee (I cannot recall her name, but she was working the evening shift on Monday). She gave me the right advice and made me feel relaxed. The room was nice, and I slept comfortably. I needed to also use an iron, which was provided. So all in all, great experience!

Nice location on the quayside. The hotel bar has a nice buzz, even at 3am on a Sunday morning. That's not to say the hotel is noisy, it's certainly not when you're in your room. The rooms are a nice size, some bathrooms are a bit small, but you don't spend too long in there. I highly recommend this hotel and it's very friendly staff.

Excellent for a short stay. News very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. Dinner / breakfast is not only good but reasonably priced.

Booked a hotel room for my parents anniversary shortly after they opened. Good clean place and friendly staff members overall. Would recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and on both occasions I havent been disappointed! I have stayed at other Travelodge's throughout the country the quality of service, the cleanness of the rooms. The staff there are always helpful and friendly and would go the extra mile to help you. The food is okay.Both of my room's I got on both occasions were clean and everything was in working order + I hardly heard the dreaded heavy room doors "slam" or "hear noisy people" walk along the isles. If you ever stay at this hotel request to stay on the top business floor to ensure the best night for sleep! I will be back .
