Found a very reasonably priced family room all to myself on a Saturday night.nnThe hotel has lots of parking, and despite the website warning, you don't need to log your number plate with the receptionist.nnThe room was very clean, and so was the bathroom. I was situated on the 3rd floor.nnBath and shower both worked, and I asked the receptionist for a hairdryer, which worked fine too!nnCoffee and tea were sufficiently stocked up, and there were more than enough towels for one person!nnOverall, it was a pleasant experience, and I love the later checkout. Check-in was very easy, and everything else was self-explanatory.nnThe location is great if you want to explore Hartlepool.
Currently on our 2nd day here, staying for 3 nights in a top floor room. Lovely warm welcome, room and bathroom spacious and clean, everything set out well in the room including tv, coffee machine etc. Plenty of parking space also and close to everything, cinema and KFC next door, other fast food places within 10 minutes walking distance. My husband and I just wanted somewhere clean, welcoming and quiet for a short break and we would come back again. Thanks to the travelodge team here for making us feel so welcome.
I stayed here with my partner not long ago and although the hotel and room itself was fine, the service/staff weren't. Upon arrival there was a receptionist who was on the phone work related so we waited to be checked in, her colleague saw us and then disappeared, leaving us to wait for the other worker to get off the phone to check us in.nAfter being in the room for 15-30 mins, there was a knock on the door, as my partner went to answer the lady at reception, who had initially ignored, us walked in, which left her stood in the door way as my partner greeted her, and said 'oh I was just making sure you had checked in'???!nSo after being made to feel a little uncomfortable we headed out for food on Church Steet. Definitely recommend Baan Thai.
Same as every other travelodge. Can't complain. Does the job, clean, smells fine, comfy enough
Very good for a budget hotel. Nice view from 4th floor.nAdvice: DO NOT BOOK WITH BREAKFAST. IS A BAD JOKE !!!!
