I stayed there for 2 weeks in November. The host were so welcoming I couldn't have felt more at home. The guesthouse was very clean & tidy especially the bathroom. Unfortunately the bedrooms don't come with en-suite it shared bathroom. The breakfast is continental style help yourself but again there's more than enough to get you off to a good start to the day. If I was visiting Hartlepool I definitely stay here again.

Lovely, friendly and cozy B & B. Julie and Paul make you feel very welcome and provide a huge range of snacks, great continental breakfast and 24/7 service. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, slept really well and only 10 minute walk to the city centre and beach

Could not fault it, the guesthouse was spotless, towels in room and bathroom changed daily, tea and coffee ( not the packet kind ) and milk also cute packets of biscuits were topped up every day.Breakfast was a continental kind with a good selection they also catered for packed lunches the hosts Julie and Paul were amazing so friendly and welcoming made you feel at home straight away we rate this little diamond 10*
