Premier Inn Hartlepool Marina

Stayed here for my nephew's christening. The staff were attentive and probably the friendliest I've experienced in a budget hotel. They had no issues changing rooms for my grandma, or helping out my friend after a tough night and giving her some bedding to stay in a different room. The pub attached to the hotel was equally inviting and friendly. They put up with, and attended to, our needs over three days, served excellent food and helped make sure we were all comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit my sister.

Receptionist Tracy and Jo made a made a terrible journey into a brilliant day. Traveling for 24 hours no break. Turned up in the reception with no booking ready to fall asleep stood up, at eight in the morning. They bent over backwards to help me out and get me in a room as quickly and painlessly as possible. Absolute hero's. These two deserve a medal.

We walked into the reception with our 6 year old and instantly felt comfortable as the staff were friendly and welcoming while being interactive with out daughter. Also everywhere we visited in the local area has very friendly Staff... I think Hartlepool may be the friendliest town in Britain

No need to book if going for food to The Old West Quay which is next to the Premier Inn. We both had burgers which were big and filling. Staff were friendly and helpful. Brought me more chips with no hesitation after I spilt my drink over mine.

Very nice area situated. The staff were helpful and nothing to much. The room clean/tidy. I had a much needed relaxed time on my stay. Meals were very nice,(although loads of people saying how cold the food was in chiefs corner). I only had breakfast from here the food was stone cold but nice. Had a GOOD 3 days 3/11/17 to 6/11/17.. WILL SURE BOOK HERE AGAIN. Thankyou all at Premier inn Hartlepool.
