I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for a wonderful stay.nnThe front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They were always ready to assist with any queries and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable.nnA special mention to reception team member, who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they truly helped make my stay memorable.nnHousekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping my room spotless and well-stocked.nnOverall, the staff at made me feel valued as a guest and contributed to an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!nnThank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
A Nice one and I've stayed in a few, for business in the past but this was with my husband as a stopover.nThe room was very clean, Smelled fine too. View from the room was pleasant rear view room225 was to greenery parking bays that were empty and trees so nice. TV worked. Bathroom seemed to have been recently refurbished so had a fresh feel not old.nOverall a pleasant stay. Shower was good and hot. Can't comment on service...night porter hovered around but we didn't need anyone and dropped the key off as we left after two a night stay. Location was reasonably quiet and easy access to main facilities we needed. Next to a Toby Carvery that we didn't use, but far enough away from it that we weren't disturbed by it or the people using it at all. As far as Travelodges go, it's a good one to stop at!!!
I booked Travelodge Frimley for 18th May for a program, when I got to the hotel to check-in they said they were fully booked and my reservation was not showing. Apparently there was an internet problem which moved my reservation to the 26th instead of the 18th. I was going for a program and didn't need the 26th. The receptionist apologize, recognizing me as a regular there suggested I call the customer service team so the reservation can be moved to a another future day, instead of going to waste. He confirmed they had an internet issue because another guest also had the same problem earlier that day.nnBy the way, leaving me stranded that night I had to make another arrangement for the night, costing me more just for their problem. After speaking with the customer service department, they insisted I paid an additional GBP10 before the booking can be move, and they refuse to refund my GBP59.99, they took the money I had paid for the 18th of May. And didn't do anything to resolve the problem after sending emails to this effect. I am so disappointed with this management process and will not recommend this hotel nor book it again.
I stayed there for 2 night and the room and services were really good. Gananayak, one of the member of staff was really helpful.
Checked in for a work stay. After reading these comments the make over must have been completed as far as I can see. The room I'm staying in has new carpets, new curtains and all skirtings and doors have been painted.nI rated 4 stars due to the paint smell but apart from that no complaints.nRoom very nice, basic but has all you need. I feel they should provide at least a bottle of water but you do have the kettle and tea and coffee provided.nGood location, Toby carvery next door.. no frills but all in all a nice stay.
