Lovely hotel, great staff, nice simple room and lovely breakfast and coffee machine lovely. Nice bar with a good range of beer. Lots of parking nice pub a short walk away. It's a bit of a Warren and finding your room can be fun after a few pints but a great experience and stay, thank you Casa.
I visited on the 25.06.2024 the night reception was great however in the morning I had to swap rooms snd the night before the staff asked me to leave my suitcase and they will move it to the next room.nThe young lady who worked in the morning was unfriendly when I told her that I was instructed by her colleague to leave my luggage.Her response was abrupt and rude asking me to go to take the bag.The rooms was 2 stairs down and a good walking distance for an asthmatic person.She doesn't deserve to be serving customers
Amazing staff, very friendly and welcoming. Great communication from start to finish for our wedding day, nothing was too much trouble for the team. Food and service was great both days of our visit and breakfast buffet in the morning is also great, lots of choices depending on your preference. Would recommend this hotel venue to anybody. Had the perfect wedding day
Reception were friendly and helpful. We were shown to our room straight away.nOur room was very cold and the heating didn't work unfortunately. There were lots of flies the kept coming from somewhere in the bathroom. Other than that, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Good service.
We stayed here overnight for a wedding somewhere else . It was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good ,it was help yourself but all fresh and hot . The only downside to me personally was that there was no fresh fruit .
