This pub used to be a much nicer place but there are still positives. The food is okay and they have a new chef, staff are friendly and the decking is great in summer. However, the push the owner has made to attract new customers means it has lost its family feel and now seems more like a wetherspoons, especially on Fri/Sat nights, Can't speak for the rooms as I live locally so have never had to use them.

Very nice pub. Decent beer, excellent food, good service - what more do you want? Fair space inside & a big eating area outside for when (if?) the winter eventually ends.
